2010 Rewind

Here is a re-cap on everything that has happened in 2010 before we got on the "blogosphere"...

Mark & Tim returned from europe and album writing continued, whilst preparing for a return show at The Workers Club. Below: where the "magic happens".

We go into the studio with producer Kal Tonuma (Crowded House, The Temper Trap), to start recording our first album. We record the ballad "We Need To Talk".

We played or show at The Workers Club, it would be our best show thus far!

Francolin, Milk Teddy and Patinka Cha Cha supported us. Francolin proved to be the highlight of the night for a lot of us.

We hauled up for a while and recorded the second song (and first single) from the album, "Lawrence Of Arabia".

We also did a photo shoot with photographer Tigh Farley, who did an amazing job. Below are pics of us collecting leaves and getting our "makeup" did.

Welcome!

So it's come to our attention that this blog business is pretty popular. A lot of people read them, so we figure as Myspace is dead and Facebook has no platform for bands, we will turn to the humble blog. Anyway we will be posting all of the My Musical Collective updates here.
